1. Cancellations

Once a project has been initiated, strategy has been shared, or any part of the work has commenced, cancellation will not be accepted.
All payments made for services are considered final once the work process has started.

2. Refunds

As a service-based digital marketing company, DigiTrixy does not offer refunds for any completed or ongoing services.
Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional case:

  • If a duplicate payment is made by mistake for the same service or transaction, the extra amount will be refunded after verification. refunds will now be processed and credited to the customer’s bank account within 5–7 working days.

3. Payment Disputes
